• Conduct screening calls/interviews with multiple applicants per day
  
• Organize systems for accurate flow throughout recruiting process
  

Responsibilities as Recruiter:

• Conduct interviews with potential internal hires
  

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment process (including sourcing, screening, assessing,
  

and assisting with the additional offer and negotiation process).

• Perform customer service related activities
  

• Develop effective recruitment strategies based on our company's needs
  

• Develop a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified hires based on our company's needs
  

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

- 2 years of recruiting experience.

- Experience in interviewing potential hires

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
