Job Description

We are currently seeking a Corporate Dining Room Chef for a high profile client in Midtown. This is a great opportunity for a chef with a fine dining or corporate dining room background.

No Nights - Breakfast and lunch only M-F!

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide strong leadership abilities
• Develop innovative daily menus that feature high quality, seasonal ingredients, and accommodate special requests
• Ability to partner and build relationships with management, colleagues, and vendors while demonstrating leadership and integrity and promoting team success
• Execute a seamless kitchen, menu planning, purchasing, receiving, and inventory control

Executive Chef Qualifications:

• 5 + year of experience in a fine dining or a high end corporate dining environment
• Strong knowledge working with Italian cuisine
• Strong comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures
• Proven leadership skills, strong communication, and the ability to follow through
• NYC Food Handlers license
