Commercial Concrete Project Manager job at Gpac Colorado Springs, CO, US

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Concrete Structures Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and at least 5+ years of experience in estimating commercial concrete structures projects.

Pay: $80k to 110k + Bonus and Benefits

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (BS)
* 5+ years of experience in estimating commercial concrete structures
* Proficiency in construction estimating software
* Strong understanding of concrete construction techniques and industry standards
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines

Job Duties:

* Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial concrete structures projects
* Review and analyze project specifications, plans, and contract documents
* Collaborate with the project management team to develop accurate and competitive bids
* Assess project value, construction methodologies, and identify potential risks
* Ensure all estimates are comprehensive, accurate, and align with project timelines and budgets
