The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications:
PharmD Pharmacy Doctorate. Or Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy.
upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered.
When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.
Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS).
