LaSalle Network is partnering with a renowned healthcare system in Chicago to find a compassionate and skilled Clinical Medical Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the city’s largest healthcare providers and play a vital role in delivering quality patient care.

Clinical Medical Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams and assisting physicians during procedures
• Accurately document patient information, medical history and care provided in the EPIC system
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, handling patient inquiries and maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Educate patients on follow-up care and address any questions or concerns they may have
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to each patient

Clinical Medical Assistant Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is a plus
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records (EHR) system is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy healthcare setting and manage multiple priorities
