About Cornell Health
Cornell Health provides integrated and culturally-sensitive care, including mental health, medical, health promotion, and public health services, with a focus on supporting students' holistic well-being and readiness for success at Cornell. The Clinical Administrative Services Department is often the first and last point of contact for students seeking care, offering customer service and empowering students to navigate the healthcare system. This team supports clinical operations through tasks like schedule management, appointment setting, data analysis, and patient advocacy. They collaborate across the organization to promote the overall health of the campus community.
The Opportunity
The Clinical Administrative Assistant (CAA) at Cornell Health supports clinical and professional staff in the Counseling and Psychological Services and Medical departments. Under the guidance of an Assistant Director for Clinical Administrative Support, the CAA is the first and last point of contact for patients and clients, ensuring a positive experience. The role also involves acting as a liaison for campus and community partners.

This is a full-time, endowed position based in Ithaca, NY, with a schedule of 39 hours per week. The role is fully on-site, with work hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
