Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a client of ours in the Durham area recruit for Clean Room Manufacturing Supervisors to join their team. This is a contract position lasting 6 months. Shift openings include, Friday-Sunday 4pm-2am, Friday-Sunday 6am-4pm, or Monday-Thursday 4pm-2am.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of production operators and technicians during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations in the clean room.
• Manage daily production activities, including the monitoring of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, production schedules, and output to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to clean room protocols, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for semiconductor manufacturing
• Train new hires and existing team members on clean room procedures, equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies needed for production and ensure timely replenishment to avoid delays.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Hands-on experience working in a clean room environment is required.
• Proficiency in using production management software and basic office tools (MS Office, ERP systems).
• Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug test
