Will be responsible for designing and producing sets of plans for residential and commercial Land Development projects.
Position Requirements:
· 5 years of minimum relevant land development design experience.
· Needs to have experience designing residential subdivisions.
· Minimum of 3 years of design experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D design package.
· Ability to prepare construction plans as part of a design team.
· Strong work ethic and desire to be recognized and rewarded for work accomplished.
· Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter and strong sense of urgency.
