Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
• Utilize the company’s CRM system to log interactions, track issues, and update customer records.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and remain updated on company services and policies.

Desired Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately, with strong computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Customer service experience, particularly in chat support or a similar environment, is a plus.
