Adelphi is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide nursing services at a facility in Chula Vista, California. The ideal candidate will provide nursing care to patients through collaborative efforts with health team members while adhering to standards of care and practice.

Requirements:

• Current California Nursing Assistant Certificate
• 6 months minimum experience
• BLS

Responsibilities:

• Provide care and tend to the physical needs of the patients according to the patient care plan.
• Perform and document rounds of patients receiving care and report changes in patient condition to the Nurse.
• Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing.
• Complete all required documentation of patient care, provide written and/or oral reports.
• Clean, maintain, and check equipment.
• Document care provided in accordance with Minimum Dataset (MDS) standards.
• Escort patients to appointments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
