We are currently seeking a **Celonis Analyst** to join our team in **Irving** , **Texas (US-TX)** , **United States (US)** . **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** **Day to Day job Duties:** + Design and develop process mining analyses using Celonis EMS to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map as-is processes. + Build dashboards, KPIs, and custom analyses using Celonis PQL and other platform features. + Support process transformation initiatives by providing insights from Celonis analyses. + Work with data engineers to extract, transform, and load (ETL) relevant data into Celonis. + Continuously monitor, maintain, and improve Celonis data models and visualizations. + Strong knowledge of process mining principles and methodologies. + Proficiency with PQL (Process Query Language) and Celonis IBC/EMS. + Experience integrating Celonis with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow. + Solid SQL skills and understanding of data modeling and ETL processes. + Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. **Good to Have:** + Knowledge of Python or R for extended analytics capabilities. + Familiarity with BPMN or process mapping tools. + Experience in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies. + Celonis Analyst or Implementation certification. **Basic Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in data analytics or process improvement roles, with 2-3+ years specific to Celonis EMS. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
