In this role, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records. ### Key Responsibilities:
- Record and categorize financial transactions using QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts regularly.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit/loss statements and balance sheets.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Maintain direct communication with vendors and customers to ensure payments are made and received within agreed-upon terms.
- Assist with payroll preparation and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Support tax preparation and audits as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

### Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop is required.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
