Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a well-known bank in Tulsa that is searching for a Bank Teller to join their team. They are seeking a strong customer service minded individual that has cash handling experience. Don't miss out on this opportunity!

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service
• Follow dual control and security procedures
• Process retail and commercial checking/savings deposits
• Handle cash/coin deposits and withdrawals accurately and efficiently
• Manage coin deposits with coin counter, move to vault
• Prepare currency and coins for Fed shipments; receive Fed shipments
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, state/federal regulations
• Understand and complete Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Regulation CC holds
• Accept loan payments, sell cashier's checks, money orders, and process cash advances
• Report suspicious activities to appropriate personnel
• Maintain product knowledge and promote/cross-sell bank services
• Engage in community service, attend bank events, and foster customer relationships
• Travel to other branches for coverage as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of cash handling and customer service experience
• Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills
