Position Overview: As the Automotive Detail Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our vehicle detailing operations, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will manage a team of detailers, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in our detailing processes. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our company. Key Responsibilities: * Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of detailers. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development. * Operational Excellence: Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all detailing services. Monitor and maintain quality control to ensure vehicles meet company and customer expectations. * Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. * Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of detailing supplies and equipment. Manage procurement and ensure proper maintenance and organization of resources. * Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Promote a safe working environment for all team members. Qualifications: * Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive detailing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role. * Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Proficiency in using detailing tools and products. * Customer Focus: Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer concerns professionally. * Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various detailing techniques, products, and equipment.
