Position Overview:
As an Associate Attorney , you will assist with a diverse range of legal matters and have the chance to work directly with clients, senior attorneys, and support staff. You will play a vital role in case preparation, legal research, drafting legal documents, and supporting the firm's litigation efforts.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and advise clients effectively.
• Drafting Documents: Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and client correspondence with clarity and precision.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and assist in navigating their legal matters.
• Case Management: Assist in managing cases and tracking deadlines to ensure timely filing and compliance with court requirements.
• Litigation Support: Prepare trial materials, exhibits, and summaries for hearings and trials, working closely with senior attorneys.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and participate in meetings, contributing to case strategy discussions.
• Professional Development: Stay informed about developments in personal injury and employment law to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensing: Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible for admission.
• Experience: 1-3 years of legal experience, preferably in personal injury, employment law, or related fields.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically and work independently.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to legal documentation and case management.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
