A global agency, is looking for an Art Director / Designer that blends exceptional design acumen with the ability to tell compelling stories through visually engaging PowerPoint presentations. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, campaign concepts, branding assets, and presentation decks that inform, inspire, and drive action.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute design projects from concept through completion across digital, print, and presentation formats
Create visually stunning and strategically sound PowerPoint presentations that align with brand guidelines and client goals
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to develop cohesive visual narratives
Work on a range of deliverables including key visuals, pitch decks, social assets, email templates, and branding projects
Ensure consistency in design across all touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries
Participate in client meetings and creative reviews as needed
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Designer, ideally within an agency or in-house creative team
A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and versatile design skills across platforms
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, and ideally Figma or Sketch
Expertise in PowerPoint design — animations, templates, layouts, and storytelling structure
A deep understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design
Excellent time management and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, modern, and impactful design
Nice to Have:
Experience working within an in-house or client-embedded team model
Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects or similar)
Experience designing for B2B or corporate clients
