Job Title: Agency Marketing/Communications Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote (Eastern Standard Time Zone Required)

We are excited to invite a talented Agency Marketing/Communications Manager to join a dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in crafting strategic marketing plans, building innovative online lead generation programs, and developing engaging digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:

Understand Clients' Needs: Develop a deep understanding of clients' business landscapes to provide strategic leadership and guidance on integrated marketing and communication programs.
Effective Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed about project statuses and making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
Build Positive Relationships: Foster strong relationships with colleagues and clients, serving as a trusted liaison throughout project lifecycles.
Collaborative Strategy Development: Partner with internal and external team members across creative, digital, media, and public relations to devise effective client strategies.
Project Management: Oversee client projects from initial strategy and scoping through to successful completion, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Digital Marketing Execution: Assist in the writing and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including emails, blogs, and social media, while consistently leveraging content marketing strategies.
Content Coordination: Manage the creation and publishing of high-quality digital content to engage target audiences.
Marketing Automation: Implement marketing campaigns and support tactics using HubSpot, Pardot, and other marketing automation platforms for various client accounts.
Monitor Performance: Track and analyze ROI and KPIs to ensure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Technical Coordination: Address any trouble ticket items with marketing automation software platforms as they arise.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 7 years in a marketing or communications role within an agency setting.
Creative Tools Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign is required.
Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
Content Management Skills: Experience managing editorial content, advertisements, and blogging.
Brand Management: Proven track record of enhancing brand awareness and managing budget processes.
Campaign Planning: Demonstrable experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Marketing Software Knowledge: Knowledge of HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce Pardot is beneficial.
Account Management: Strong account management skills and a background in digital marketing are necessary.
Automation Expertise: Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms and Software.
Email Marketing Skills: Proficiency in email marketing and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies.
SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with project closeout processes and on-site Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
B2B Marketing Expertise: Expertise in B2B marketing and content development.
Analytical Skills: Experience in digital campaign design and using Google Analytics.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Salary: $ 95,000.00 105,000.00 Per Year
