Job Description:

Join the vibrant team at Agave House as a Nightlife Promoter ! If you're social, outgoing, and know how to draw a crowd, we want you to help us create exciting late-night experiences. As a promoter, your mission will be to bring your friends, post about our events, and make Agave House the go-to spot for nightlife in Tucson.

We are introducing an exciting new event, Latin Nights , which will take place every Friday night. The concept is to bring together a vibrant crowd with a dynamic mix of Latin and Afro house music, alongside classic club hits that everyone can dance to.

Here's a quick breakdown of what we're aiming for:

• Music: A blend of Latin and Afro house, with a sprinkling of classic and contemporary club hits to keep everyone moving.
• Vibe: A lively, high-energy environment that appeals to a diverse crowd - Think spring break in Cabo or a night out in Spain!
• Frequency: Every Friday night, with a focus on making it a weekly go-to for students and newcomers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weekly Meeting: Attend a dinner meeting each week to review event performance and brainstorm improvements. You'll receive drink tickets to distribute throughout the week to entice people to come in for a drink. Enjoy a complimentary meal and drink (beer, margarita, wells, or wine) during the meeting.
• Social Media: Post our weekly flyer or a fun photo of you and friends at Agave House on your Instagram Story, tagging @agavehousetucson. Get at least 5 friends to do the same and send screenshots to verify participation. This is key to qualifying for our weekly incentive!
• Late Night Attendance: Arrive with a group of friends (ideally 10+) as close to 10 PM as possible and stay for at least 1.5 hours. You'll "clock in" and "clock out" by sending a selfie in the group chat to confirm your participation.
• Perks and Benefits:
  • Receive a $40 drink tab loaded at the start of the night to share with friends (unused amounts are removed after the night).
  • 50% off bottle tables; combine tabs with other promoters or earn a free bottle table for exceptional performance.
  • Once officially onboarded, enjoy 50% off at Agave House and 25% off at all Uni-concept restaurants (Gentle Ben's and Bacio).

Compensation:

Your pay is directly linked to your level of participation. Those who complete all required tasks (social posts, arriving with friends, staying for the duration) will qualify for the weekly “pot,” which is 5% of sales from 10 PM until close. Payments are made bi-weekly through Zelle.

While this isn't a full-time gig, it's a fun way to earn extra spending money while enjoying great perks and being part of the city's hottest nightlife scene.
