📍 Now Hiring: Property Manager – Affordable Housing (LIHTC, HUD & Section 8)

💲 Pay: $21-22/hour | 🏙 Location: Charlottesville, VA

We’re seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and compliance-driven Property Manager who is ready to make a difference in affordable housing communities.

• Weekly Pay: $21-22/hr (based on experience and certifications)
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (Full-Time)
• Assignment Type: Temp, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct Hire roles available
• Paid Sick Leave/PTO may be available per local laws

🏢 Your Role:

• Oversee daily operations of LIHTC and/or Section 8 communities
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs including Tax Credit, HUD, Section 8, and Bond Compliance
• Supervise leasing, maintenance, and office staff
• Handle annual and interim recertifications
• Manage budgets, code invoices, and complete monthly financial reports
• Handle resident concerns, renewals, and ensure retention goals are met
• Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing laws and affordable housing guidelines
• Collaborate with regional leadership to meet occupancy and compliance targets

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of on-site Property Management experience
• LIHTC and/or HUD/Section 8 experience required
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations and documentation
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon (a plus)
• Conflict resolution, leadership, and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites if needed
