Responsibilities for an Affordable Housing Manager with Phoebe:

Responsible for developing, implementing, and achieving annual goals and objectives as established in the operating plan; managing and organizing facility; insuring the facility's compliance with various operating policies and procedures and various regulatory requirements; communicating and interfacing with other departments and management personnel; supervising assigned personnel; providing periodic reports. Provides overall support by performing general maintenance, grounds keeping, cleaning, routine repairs, set up, painting, moving equipment, etc.

Requirements for an Affordable Housing Manager with Phoebe:

1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
2. Associates Degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent life experience.
3. Minimum three (3) years’ experience in related positions desirable.
4. Thorough knowledge of current government regulations and federal, state, and local building code regulations; knowledge of accounting principles and procedures; demonstrated management and supervisory skills.
