360 Talent Avenue is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry, specializing in the design, development, and production of advanced aerospace systems and components. We are seeking a talented Systems Engineer to join their team and contribute to our aerospace projects.

The Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, integrating, and maintaining complex aerospace systems. This role requires a thorough understanding of systems engineering principles, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design and Integration:
  • Develop and define system architectures and specifications for aerospace projects.
  • Integrate various subsystems into cohesive and functional systems.
  • Conduct system-level testing and validation to ensure performance and reliability.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Utilize systems engineering tools and methodologies to analyze and solve complex engineering problems.
  • Perform requirements analysis, risk management, and verification and validation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current with advancements in aerospace technology and systems engineering practices.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering.
• Proficiency in systems engineering tools and software (e.g., DOORS, SysML).
• Strong knowledge of aerospace systems, components, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with industry certification processes (e.g., FAA, EASA) is a plus.
