Job Description

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team and other departments in the organization. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks, such as filing, answering phones, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and other general office duties.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain filing systems
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage calendars
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office
- Prepare correspondence
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Assist with special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $ 26.00 Per Hour
