As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in driving positive relationships and fostering engagement throughout the entire recruitment life cycle. Our Senior Recruiter is accountable for:

• Leading and managing the entire recruitment process for clients.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with client recruiting teams, hiring managers, and HR partners.

• Conducting intake calls with hiring managers to capture key requisition details and ensuring a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

• Consistently meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates, adjust strategies, and set clear hiring expectations.

• Participating in strategic sourcing activities across various channels to attract top talent.

• Maintaining close candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, driving offer acceptance, and managing candidate engagement.

• Handling all candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely updates and adherence to processes.

• Supporting training and mentoring of new team members as needed.

• Providing “white glove” customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Essential Skills:

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills to effectively collaborate with both candidates and clients.

• Expertise in full life-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of success in high-volume environments.

• Ability to coach hiring managers on selection strategy and support decision-making.

• Proficiency in strategic sourcing techniques, including passive candidate engagement.

• Proficient in using a variety of ATS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• A knack for identifying and resolving potential hiring challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent role-related experience.

• 7+ years of dynamic recruiting experience, preferably with RPO experience.

• Experience in recruiting for exempt roles.

• Ability to effectively manage a high volume of requisitions.

• Experience coaching and mentoring recruiting team members is a plus.
