Our Senior Recruiter is accountable for:
Leading and managing the entire recruitment process for clients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with client recruiting teams, hiring managers, and HR partners.
Conducting intake calls with hiring managers to capture key requisition details and ensuring a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Consistently meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates, adjust strategies, and set clear hiring expectations.
Participating in strategic sourcing activities across various channels to attract top talent.
Maintaining close candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, driving offer acceptance, and managing candidate engagement.
Handling all candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely updates and adherence to processes.
Supporting training and mentoring of new team members as needed.
Providing “white glove” customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Essential Skills:
Strong relationship-building and communication skills to effectively collaborate with both candidates and clients.
Expertise in full life-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of success in high-volume environments.
Ability to coach hiring managers on selection strategy and support decision-making.
Proficiency in strategic sourcing techniques, including passive candidate engagement.
Proficient in using a variety of ATS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A knack for identifying and resolving potential hiring challenges.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent role-related experience.
7+ years of dynamic recruiting experience, preferably with RPO experience.
Experience in recruiting for exempt roles.
Ability to effectively manage a high volume of requisitions.
Experience coaching and mentoring recruiting team members is a plus.
